Friday Base Fee: $560.00
Saturday Base Fee: $560.00
2 Day Base Fee: $1050.00

** One-Day Base Fee Includes: Registration Fee ($235.00), One Table ($125.00), Two Corporate Representatives ($200.00), Complimentary Corporate Representative's Breakfast and Lunch. Anything beyond, results in additional fees.

** Two-Day Base Fee Includes: Registration Fee ($470.00), One Table for each day ($125.00 per day), Two Corporate Representatives each day ($200.00 per day), Complimentary Corporate Representative's Breakfast and Lunch for both days. Two-Day Fee also includes a $70 discount for registering for two days. Anything beyond, results in additional fees.

Bringing Unregistered Corporate Representatives Day of Career Fair: $50.00


 

A Corporate Representative is any person who is representing a company as a recruiter or interviewer. A Corporate Representative is entitled to a nametag, complimentary breakfast and lunch. Any person who obtains any of these items will be considered a Corporate Representative and must be registered and paid for upon entrance to the fair.

  • Each additional Corporate Representative added is for one day only. To add one Corporate Representative for two days, you will be adding TWO Corporate Representatives.
  • If an unregistered corporate representative is bought the day of the career fair, the company must pay $100 per additional representative per day plus an additional $50 one-time fee per representative.  
  • An additional table can be provided for your display. One table PER day. For one additional table for both days, you will need to add two tables.
  • The two-day base fee covers 1 table for both days and up to 2 corporate representatives for both days.

Deadlines

Booth space is limited, so registering prior to August 31, 2017 does not guarantee your company a table at the Career Fair. If the Career Fair reaches capacity prior to the August 31, 2017 deadline, your company will be placed on a waiting list.

All payments are due by September 8, 2017 at 11:59PM EST. NO late payment will be accepted.

Invoicing and Payments

Registered companies will be prompted to generate an invoice when registering online at our website. Invoices are electronically generated via PayPal and will be emailed to the primary contact person within 24 hours. Payments can then be made via PayPal or by check.

Payments can be made through the email invoice, and the following forms of payments are accepted via PayPal:

  • PayPal Balance

Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, there is an option to make a payment through a credit card or bank account.

Discounts

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair offers a 15% off discount to non-profit organizations who register to attend our Career Fair. To register as a non-profit organization, please provide proof of non-profit status to the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors at cochairs.careerfair.rpi@gmail.com. Startup or smaller companies may be given a special discount on a case-by-case basis and must contact the Co-Directors. A 15% discount is the maximum discount your organization may be provided, whether a non-profit or a small/startup company attending the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair.

Refund Policy

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors must be contacted to confirm cancellation. If the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors are not contacted, no refund will be guaranteed. Companies which pay via check will be able to receive a full or half refund (depending on the date of cancellation). Companies which pay via PayPal will not be refunded the service charge of 2.9% + $0.30 USD. All refunds are subject to the deadlines listed below.

Walk-In Policy

Our policies do not permit walk-in companies to enter our event. Those who fail to register by the August 31, 2017 close date will not be allowed in.
