Base Pricing

Onsite Full Day Base Fee: $650
Onsite Half Day Base Fee: $300
Onsite Both Days Base Fee: $900

Company Registration Opens

Onsite Booth space is limited, so registering prior to August 31, 2026 at 5PM EST does not guarantee your company a table at the Career Fair. If the onsite Career Fair reaches capacity prior to the August 31, 2026 at 5PM EST deadline, your company can request to be placed on a waiting list via email. You will be billed the on-site registration fee if your company secures a spot. All payments are due by September 6, 2026 at 05:00PM EST. NO late payment will be accepted.If your receipt does not show up in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Discounts

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair offers a 15% off discount to non-profit organizations who register to attend our Career Fair. To register as a non-profit organization, please provide proof of non-profit status to the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors at cochairs.careerfair.rpi@gmail.com. Startup or smaller companies may be given a special discount on a case-by-case basis and must contact the Co-Directors. A 15% discount is the maximum discount your organization may be provided, whether a non-profit or a small/startup company attending the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair.

Refund Policy

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors must be contacted to confirm cancellation. If the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors are not contacted, no refund will be guaranteed. Companies which pay via check will be able to receive a full or half refund (depending on the date of cancellation). Companies which pay via Square will not be refunded processing fees. All refunds are subject to the deadlines listed below:

Cancel on or Before September 8, 2026

Refund Amount: 100% of Total

Cancel on or Before September 15, 2026

Refund Amount: 50% of Total

After September 15, 2026

Refund Amount: 0% of Total

Walk-In Policy

Our policies do not permit walk-in companies to enter our event. Those who fail to register before August 31, 2026 at 5PM EST will not be allowed in.
