Onsite Both Days Base Fee (Day 1 & 2)

The base fee comes with a table booth and the ability to bring 4 recruiters to operate your table.

If you wish to have additional recruiters or tables, add the respective items at checkout. Extra recruiters cost $100 per recruiter beyond the included 4. Extra tables cost $125 per table beyond the included 1.

Each table can have up to four recruiters; therefore, having five recruiters or more requires an additional table.

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors must be contacted to confirm cancellation. If the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors are not contacted, no refund will be guaranteed. Companies which pay via check will be able to receive a full or half refund (depending on the date of cancellation). Companies which pay via Square will not be refunded processing fees. All refunds are subject to the deadlines listed below:
On or Before September 8, 2026: 100% Refund
On or Before September 15, 2026: 50% Refund
After September 15, 2026: 0% Refund
 

The NSBE/SHPE Career Fair offers a 15% off discount to non-profit organizations who register to attend our Career Fair. To register as a non-profit organization, please provide proof of non-profit status to the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair Co-Directors at cochairs.careerfair.rpi@gmail.com. Startup or smaller companies may be given a special discount on a case-by-case basis and must contact the Co-Directors. A 15% discount is the maximum discount your organization may be provided, whether a non-profit or a small/startup company attending the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair.
